During the pandemic, the biggest challenge faced was adapting quickly to remote work, student engagement and maintaining learning continuity in a fully online environment.
ReplyDeleteTeaching was difficult initially as it was the first time I was interacting with students through the google meet. Slowly I learnt how to take charge and we along well.
ReplyDeleteTeaching was very difficult as internet/ mobile facility was not available/ feasible for many students. Delivering the subject content effectively was not possible to a great extent.
ReplyDeleteThe pandemic has impacted the life of many people. The online teaching is very new for many teachers so while taking online classes they faced a lot of challenges. By helping each other the classes conducted smoothly every day. Students also faced lot of problems and their screen time exceeded many folds.
ReplyDeleteThe main challenge was to cater to the needs of the learners which were distant and also to monitor that the content that was provided to them also reaches them.
